Team

As a team, you work together in one studio: create videos, upload recordings, review results. Everyone shares the same credits, brand kits, and media.

Note

Team seats are available from the Creator plan: Creator 3, Pro 5 seats. You as the owner count as one of them.

Who can do what?

• Owner: can do everything, including managing the plan and invoices and inviting or removing people.
• Members: can manage everything except plan, invoices, and team. They don’t see the “Plan & invoices” and “Refer & earn” menu items.

Invite someone

1. Open “Team” in the menu.
2. Under “Invite someone”, enter the person’s email address.
3. Click “Invite”.

They’ll get an email with a link. The link is valid for 7 days. Open invitations show up in the list as “invited until …”.

Accept an invitation (for invitees)

1. Open the link in the invitation email.
2. If you don’t have an account yet, click “Create account”. Use the email address the invitation was sent to.
3. If you already have an account, sign in with that address.
4. Click “Accept invitation”.

Caution

The invitation only works for the email address it was sent to. If you’re signed in with a different address, sign out and sign back in with the right one.

If the link has expired or was already used, ask for a new invitation.

Switch studios and leave a team

• If you belong to several studios, choose the one you’re working in under “Studio” in the menu. Your own studio is marked “(mine)”.
• As a member, you leave a team with “Leave team” on the Team page.
• As the owner, you remove members or withdraw open invitations with the remove icon in the list.
