The following information applies to consumers (Verbraucher, § 13 BGB – German Civil Code). Entrepreneurs (Unternehmer) have no statutory right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Hees & Rosenbusch CodeLabs GbR, Oliver Hees, Alina Rosenbusch, Das Ortfeld 7, 21394 Westergellersen, phone: +49 4135 6343997, e-mail: info@hr-codelabs.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. You can also withdraw using the withdrawal function at /app/abo ("Withdraw from contract"; in the German interface „Vertrag widerrufen“).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Notice on the start of performance and the expiry of the right of withdrawal
So that you can use Macreto immediately after booking, we ask for your express consent, before the payment process, that we begin performance before the withdrawal period has expired. The following applies:
- Compensation (Wertersatz): If you withdraw from the contract after you have already used Macreto, you must pay a reasonable amount for the services provided up to the withdrawal (see above). We will refund the rest of the price paid.
- Expiry: Your right of withdrawal expires as soon as we have fully performed the service, if you previously expressly consented to our beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period and confirmed that you are aware that your right of withdrawal expires upon complete performance of the contract by us (§ 356(4) BGB). As Macreto runs as a monthly subscription, the service will generally not yet have been fully performed within the withdrawal period; your right of withdrawal then remains in place until the end of the period.
- After you give your consent, you will receive a confirmation of the contract by e-mail in which your consent and confirmation are recorded.
The free trial video and the free beta period are free of charge; there is no right of withdrawal that you would need to exercise for these. You can simply stop using these offers.
