Macreto is an AI video studio for creators who explain things: software tutorials, AI topics, online courses, coaching, and educational videos. You upload your screen recordings, Macreto writes you a facecam script, you record the facecam, and Macreto builds the finished video.

Macreto runs in your browser at app.macreto.com. There’s nothing to install.

Your real voice

The voice in your video is always your own, taken from your facecam. Macreto doesn’t use AI voices.

How a video is made: the 7 steps

At the top of every video page you’ll see a bar with these 7 steps. It shows you where your video currently stands.

1. Tutorials: You upload your screen recordings as they are.
2. Research: The AI listens to your tutorials, researches your topic on the web, and summarizes it with sources. You review the result and approve it.
3. Script: The AI writes your facecam script in your form of address and your tone.
4. Facecam: You read the script (in the teleprompter if you like), record your facecam, and upload it. This is the only part in front of the camera.
5. Build: Macreto edits, builds slides and animations, creates AI images and music, and mixes the audio.
6. Review: You watch a quick preview. You note change requests right in the frame using the video editor.
7. Publish: Once you click “Looks good!”, Macreto renders the full-quality video and creates the publishing package: 3 titles, 3 thumbnails, a description with chapters, tags, a pinned comment, and a community post.

After that, you can have Shorts and social posts made from the finished video (Creator plan and up).
