The video editor is where you review your video and request changes. Pause the video, draw or write on the frame and leave a timestamped comment. With “Adjust video,” Macreto applies every comment. You don’t need a timeline for any of it.
Review is step six
After video production, you get a preview of your video. Now’s the time to look closely: does the intro land? Does the visual match the explanation? Is a slide too crowded? In the video editor, you note everything that should change. Only once you’re happy do you move on to publishing.
How the video editor works
1. Pause the video
Watch your video and pause at the spot you want to change.
2. Draw or write on the frame
Sometimes showing is easier than describing. Circle an area, draw an arrow or write right on the frame. That makes it clear which element you mean.
3. Timestamped comment
For each markup, write a comment in plain words, like “Drop the logo here” or “Show this step longer.” The comment is saved with the timestamp of that spot, so Macreto knows exactly when and where the change should happen.
4. “Adjust video”
Once you’ve collected your comments, click “Adjust video.” Macreto applies all comments in one pass and builds the new cut. Then you review again. How long it takes depends on the scope of the changes and your material.
Tip: be specific
The more specific your comment, the better the result. Instead of “I don’t like this,” write “Shorter slide, just the three bullet points” or “Smaller facecam here, the tutorial matters more.” A drawing on the frame shows which element you mean.

After review: publish
